Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor coverage 30 year customer that’s my fault. Should have switched years ago. Never missed any payments. Extremely few claims filed and when you do they don’t give you near enough to do the job. It’s sickening.

The cost of coverage is reasonable, getting them paid is easy, and working with their representatives is actually a pleasure. I also thoroughly like being able to reach them by text, email, and phone. By text especially - it makes communicating a lot easier.

My agent stated they have not dealt with grange in several years, but is still listed on my policy. Have not received any updated policy information and mines expired in January.
